  I don't even know where to start. Been to this location a few times and every single time I have been there, it seems like the stuff is unhappy to be there and the wait time for food is unreal. (Even when not busy). Today topped it off. It was half day for Lutz prep and took the kids. They were doing a fundraiser with the school giving them 10% of proceeds of what they made at lunchtime with the families that came from the school. We also received a gift certificate(like gift card) for a kids meal. Myself and another family want to use it today. The owner wife came out yelling at us, saying they would not honor it because they were already doing a fundraiser with the school. Which nothing was stated. Other then they wouldn't honor any coupons. Which this is not. Again, she was yelling at us. Tell us that the school should have told us. I have never in my life been more disgusted by someone who owns a business then I was by this lady. She then continued to tell the other families parent that I was with that she was going to educate her on this gift certificate. Then told her she will honor them today but not again. At that point I was done arguing with someone so ignorant and so foul that I told her I would not come back to that location. So then she told me that since I'm not coming back to the location she wasn't going to honor the gift certificate. Mind you, I was paying for three adult meals. All the gift was for us the $5. Kids meal. I was pissed. Nothing was stated in writing or told to me until after we were cashing out. I will never go to this location again and I will continue to write reviews on other sites. She needs to educate her staff as well as learn some communication skills with people she does business with and her customers.

  Usually very busy and noisy but the food and service is good and they are open late.
